It’s spring and Newtown Creek Alliance is hosting a public meeting to discuss ongoing developments/issues around the waterway, NCA programming for 2023, and upcoming volunteer opportunities. There is a lot in store for the coming year, so come socialize with your neighbors, meet new NCA staff, and hear more about ways to get involved in our mission to Restore, Reveal, and Revitalize Newtown Creek.

Volunteer event to improve environmental conditions at these sites, while also making them safer and more inviting as green public areas along the shore. We are looking for volunteers to help us conduct some simple and routine maintenance tasks including trash and debris removal, managing overgrown areas, and path-maintenance.
